Returns & Refund Policy

1. NFC Cards

We offer a 7-day return policy for all OpenLink NFC cards from the date of delivery.

• Eligibility: The card must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. To be eligible for a return, the card must be free from any physical damage, scratches, or signs of wear.
• Reason for Return: We accept returns if the card is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you have received the wrong product. We do not accept returns due to change of mind.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@openlink.pk with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will guide you through the process.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned card, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

2. Website Templates

Our website templates are digital products, and as such, we have a specific policy for returns.

• No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our templates, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a template has been purchased and downloaded.
• Support & Assistance: We are here to help! If you encounter any issues or have questions about your template, our support team is available to assist you. We offer extensive documentation and personalized support to ensure you can use your template effectively.
• Template Preview: We highly recommend reviewing the template demos and features thoroughly before making a purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

3. General Conditions

• Customization: Any customization work performed by our team on your behalf is non-refundable once the work has begun.
• Shipping Costs: For NFC card returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
• Changes to Policy: OpenLink reserves the right to modify this returns and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
